In order to make OMM, OMP, OMR, BM3, BM4 and other cycloidal hydraulic motors work in the best condition, it is recommended that:
--1. Oil temperature: normal working oil temperature of 20°C ~60°C, the maximum system operating temperature of 90°C (should not exceed one hour).
--2. Filter and oil cleanliness level: filter accuracy is 10-30 microns, it is best to install a magnetic block at the bottom of the tank to prevent metal chips from entering the system. The solid pollution level of the working oil shall not be higher than 19/16.
--3. Oil viscosity: the kinematic viscosity of the oil temperature at 40°C is 42-74MM2/S, and hydraulic oil can be selected according to the actual work and ambient temperature.
--4. The motor can be used in series or parallel, and when the back pressure is more than 10MPA(speed is less than 200RPM) in series or parallel use, the pressure must be relieved by the oil drain port, and it is best to directly connect the oil drain port with the tank.
--5.BMS, BMSY, BMT, BMV.BMK6 series motor output shaft can withstand large shaft and radial load.
--6. The best working condition of the motor should be selected at 1/3-2/3 of the rated working condition.
--7. In order to make the motor have a long service life, when loading the motor, it should first run for about 1 hour at 30% of the rated pressure; In any case, before loading the motor, ensure that the motor is full of oil.
